Privacy Policy

This site is a static editorial publication. The short version: we collect no personal information through the site itself, and the only data the site's infrastructure sees is standard, short-lived server logs.

What we collect

Email you send us. If you write to editor@iragoldcoinsguide.org, we keep your message and address only to reply and, where applicable, process a correction. We never sell or share it.
Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Retention follows the host's default policy.

What we do not do

No contact forms, accounts, or newsletter capture; no data is stored on this site.
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social media pixels.
No sale or transfer of reader data — there is none to sell.

Analytics

If privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics are added later (pageview counts without cookies or personal identifiers), this policy will be updated before they go live.

Third-party pages

Guides link to government sources (law.cornell.edu for the statute text, irs.gov, usmint.gov) and, where relevant, to regulator pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices; this policy covers only https://iragoldcoinsguide.org.

Your choices

Because the site sets no cookies and stores no reader data, there is nothing to opt out of. Questions about data you have emailed to us (for example, a request to delete correspondence) go to editor@iragoldcoinsguide.org.
